Now that your Dial Session Template is downloaded on monday.com, we can begin setting it up by adding all of the boards needed integrations.

To add integrations, you will need to find the Record & Call Tracking App in the Integrations Center. Make sure you are in the Dial Session Template Board, and refer to the video for direction on finding the app.

Finding Integrations Center

With in the Integrations Center, you can add integrations from various apps. Each app brings outside functions for you to utilize in your workspace. Among the different apps you can find the Sales & CRM oriented Record & Call Tracking App by CarbonWeb. This is where all of the PhoneBurner integrations we will be using are held. 

Selecting Integrations

You will be adding several different integrations to make sure that your monday.com board and PhoneBurner account are properly synced. Below is a broad overview of how to add each one.

If you would like more in-depth instructions, you can find them on the left hand side under Board Integrations in each Understanding page. Hyperlinks will also be left throughout if you need help with adding a specific integration!

Database Sync Integrations

These two integrations help with syncing your monday.com board with your PhoneBurner account, hence the name! Each one functions in a slightly different way. We will be going over each one’s function and how to add them below.

Items Created

This ensures that every time an item is created in your monday.com board, a duplicate record will be created in PhoneBurner with a Database Sync. Just select the integration as shown above and click ‘Add to board’.

Items Updated

Likewise, this integration ensures that every time an contact is updated in your monday.com board, such as a new phone number, email, or name, the record will be updated in PhoneBurner with a Database Sync.

Once selected, go ahead and Add to Board in the bottom right.

Call Status Tracking Integrations

These three integrations make sure to track whether each call was connected or not along with their last call date. These integrations help in automating your board to organize itself into specific groups

Call is Connected

Keep tabs on who’s answering, and who’s not…

Every time you answer a call in a PhoneBurner Dialing Session, you’ll want monday.com to mark that call as Answered with our Call Status Tracking.

Select the following : 

Then Add to Board.

Call is Not Connected

As for the no answers, you’ll want to mark them as such in your monday.com board as well. This auto-organizes your board by highlighting those who have answered and who hasn’t through Call Status Tracking.

Select the following : 

Then Add to Board.

Last Called Date

This keeps track of the last date you reached out to each or your contacts with Call Status Tracking.

Select the following : 

Then Add to Board.

Disposition Tracking Integrations

These integrations automate your outreach list to organize itself, and add updates for your team.

Linking your PhoneBurner dispositions with your monday.com statuses will make keeping track of your contacts easy with Disposition Tracking.

Link Dispositions with Statuses

Select the following : 

Then Find your PhoneBurner Dispositions.

Next you will have to add the EXACT disposition status from PhoneBurner. Add the text written in the Interested status column of your dispositions directly into monday.com integration.

Copy Text in PhoneBurner Status Column,

And Paste it into monday.com Integration.

If disposition status is not copied exactly, (i.e. spaces, typos, etc.) the integration will not work… so be sure to double check.

Once you ensure that the status was copied over correctly, go ahead and click Add to Board.

You will have to repeat this step for every disposition you want to link.

Automated Updates

Just like you want your statuses to be tracked with each disposition, you’ll want to do the same with automated updates by utilizing Disposition Tracking.

Select the following : 

Then type a automated message using the monday.com fields.

Next you will have to add the EXACT disposition status from PhoneBurner. Add the text written in the Interested status column of your dispositions directly into monday.com integration.

Copy Text in PhoneBurner Status Column,

And Paste it into monday.com Integration.

As before, be sure to double check it is typed correctly without any typos or spaces. Make sure that the you make these updates broad and applicable to each specific disposition.

You will have to repeat this step for every disposition you want to link.
