Dispositions & Statuses

First things first, let’s make sure you understand PhoneBurner dispositions and how they’ll be connected to monday.com. 

PhoneBurner Dispositions

Dispositions are a powerful PhoneBurner tool that allow you to link a custom set list of actions with specific buttons available to you during a Dial Session. 

There are two sets of dispositions:

  • Dialing Sets which are utilized before a contact has actually answered
  • and Live Answer Sets which are utilized after a contact answers

Statuses are customizable conditions you can label a contact as. Some examples could be:

  • Interested
  • Do Not Call
  • Left a Voicemail

and so much more!

After linking these two with the CarbonWeb integration, anytime when you are in a PhoneBurner dialing session, you will be able to mark a client with a disposition which will be mirrored in you monday.com Dial Session Template board, keeping track so you do have to.

Find Dial Session Template under the Dialing Pipeline Template dropdown.

Click Integrations found in the top right

Find the ‘Search bar and type “PhoneBurner” to discover Record & Call Tracking by CarbonWeb.

Automate your outreach list to organize itself.

Linking your PhoneBurner dispositions with your monday.com statuses will make keeping track of your contacts easy.

Adding these will make sure that your monday.com board will change the status to Interested when your Interested PhoneBurner disposition is clicked.

Click “Status” and Select:

Lead Status

Click “Something” and Select:

 

Interested

At this point, before you finish adding this integration, you will want log into your PhoneBurner account.

Go to your PhoneBurner Dial Session Settings

Find Dispositions on the left Navigation Bar

Scroll Down to Live Answer Set, click to edit them

In the Status column, Highlight and copy:

“Interested”

Finally, Type or Paste:

“Interested”

Make sure when you insert the disposition that is exactly as written in the status column of the PhoneBurner dispositions

Don’t Add Spaces

Don’t Make Typos

If not typed exact, the integration will fail to link the specific disposition with your selected status, which will ultimately prevent your monday.com from organizing itself.

In other words, you are definitely going to want to double check this step…

You will have to repeat this process

For every disposition that you want to keep track of in your monday.com Dial Session Template board, you will have to add a separate integration.

Make sure not to forget about the Dial Set dispositions as well.

When a disposition is clicked create an update

Follow the same process except this time select:

“When a disposition is clicked in PhoneBurner, create an update”

Make automated updates to yourself and your team at the touch of a button.

Start in PhoneBurner and Find the disposition settings

Scroll Down to Live Answer Set, click to edit them

In the Status column, Highlight and copy:

“Interested”

Finally, Type or Paste:

“Interested”

Making sure there are no typos or spaces

Finally, create your customized update:

Then Add to Board in the bottom right

When setting up your updates, be sure to use monday.com’s auto-populating fields.
