Keep tabs on who’s answering, and who’s not…

Every time you answer a call in a PhoneBurner Dialing Session, you’ll want monday.com to mark that call as Answered.

Click “Status” and Select:

Last Call Status

Click “Something” and Select:

 

Answered

Finally, Select:

Add to Board in the bottom right

“When a call is not connected via PhoneBurner, set status to something”

These integrations ensure that each of your clients’ informtation¬†will be tracked in both monday.com and PhoneBurner.

Click “Status” and Select:

Last Call Status

Click “Something” and Select:

No Answer

Finally, Select:

Add to Board in the bottom right
