Description

The Projects board is the top level of task management in the CarbonTO-DO Suite and allows you to track internal projects connected to sub-boards where the individual tasks will be stored and linked.

Board Views

Main Table
The first view “Main Table” is set as the default view inside of this board. Setting a view to “default” makes the board open in that view. The Main Table is where you and your team will set your projects and dates.

Dashboard
The second view you will see is the “Dashboard” view. The Dashboard view is another great way to look at what projects you are working on and it breaks it down into a timeline visualization so that you and your team can see the duration of these projects.

Item
Items in this board are intended to be individual Projects.

Project Lead
Items in this board are intended to be individual Projects.

Project Timeline
Items in this board are intended to be individual Projects.

Project Status
This is the engine of the board; changing the status moves the items to corresponding groups and indicates where the project sits.

Project Breakdowns (Linked)
Use this linked board column to see the overall planning phases and steps to complete the project.

Dependent On (Linked)
Use this dependency column to connect pre-existing projects to mark what needs to be done first to keep you and your team on track.

Type
Use this column to inform you and your team about the type of project you are working on. Internal growth? Marketing? Brand-focused? Feel free to customize your options.
